Just finished watching the Mediacorp Gala Anniversary show.. My tears was rolling inside my eyes while watching... There is so many touching moments, so many moments that touched the hearts of the people.. From a small SBC to TCS den finally to Mediacorp, its growth its so significant.. I still remember there was the period of merger between Channel U and I, their special magazine issue, makes me cry badly also..
When i was in secondary school, when the news came for my class to be merged with the other class, i also cried badly.. I rmbed Ms Sujeetha and Ms Chamb(Principle) had to council me to make me accept.. But it is jus so no good... Maybe tt is why i dun like changes and the feeling of separations...
Just now the show, ending part, they asked the Veteran actor to say a few words.. He said “人老了，中气不足，还是不要多说话比较好。” den Dasmond say you must be very happy blablabla... The Veteran den say, "Of cos happy... It such a rare occasion where everyone can gather around to celebrate.. Den he say.. 不知道还有没有机会再看到" It totally make my tears shed la....

Today supposed to meet Alvena Sam to discuss bout our fyp updates at 9.30am. but deal to the unforeseen circumstances of sudden heavy rainpour, my bus gt delayed. in the end, i reached sch at bout 9.40am. me and roy go see her, we shoot us. "Helo, now wat time ald?". she refused to see us cos she have a class at 10am, which is teaching my class.. she said see her aft class.. well... aft lesson end, she asked us to go in front to discuss..
before she start anything, she requested for log card.. den roy turned to me and giggled saying forgot to bring.. i was about to laugh when alvena da fa lei ting de ratter at us.. sayin we "HALF PAST SIX!!" correction, not saying, its shouting. wat a thing for her to say.. its such a great insult, at least i felt this way. den she started her rattling session in front of some other classmates without giving us abit mian zi.. she nag and ratter until the next class lecturer comes in, cos they need the classroom.. den she said, go to her office.. well.. so we went up...
when we reached there, she started rattling at us agn, actuali her main target is me, i guess?? cos she hardly look at royston, her attention is at me, even qc,10 they all can see that. royston also said when she nagging, he felt so bored, cos she din even look at him, he nearing dozed off la.. maybe she has higher expectation of me, knowing ive events background? or she is afraid i stepped on her head with my events expertise, thats why must show her power??
she said she wanted to give us a wake up call... sayin we are wasting our poly life... din even get a GPA 3. but there is alot people din get it also ah.... is it common or is it necessary to have at least GPA 3 and above to be considered successful??
Not only she nagged us, she even pulled our khakis in to say... haix................ she compared us with many many different grp of people, with different comparisons... she said, she thot last yr de fyp grp very chialat, but nw den she noe, this yr de worst.... which means, shooting us agn.... she said last yr zui lan zui late de fyp grp at her office will also feel remoarse, den me and roy like hao wu hui yi.... but when people is rattling and nagging away, how many will actuali apologise on the spot?? and, different people have different working attitude and character mah... why must she compare compare compare and compare??
Bei ta nag le yi fan hou, she ask us to reflect... I also dunno hw i felt..... Jiu shi abit numb?? maybe a little upset, a little remoarse?? Bie shuo le... Its so awful to start the week like this.... She said we are under performer.... She asked didn't any teacher tell you that you are under performer?? and the thing is, nobody does.... wo ye bu xiang jiang tai duo le.. zai jiang xia qu, ye shi mei wan mei liao.... hai shi gan jin bao fyp gei zhuo wan... if nt, later bei ta fang du jian, den have to pay 2 sem sch fees jus for FYP!!! NONONO!!!! this will not happen.....

Just realised my life is so pack that so many things happened before i have the time to blog it. hahax.. just read sf and yl blog den realised.. hahax.. we did many thing for the pass few days.. hahax..
basically, on thurs night, we went to guild house for a swim.. first time in our 3yr of education in SP. hahax. we thot the pool is meant for children de.. den we go there den realised, wow.... its 1.8m deep.. hahax.. eliza and roy wanted to learnt freestyle, so i machiam is the instructor like tt, teach them how to swim.. hahax.. they din swim tt well really.. hahax.. but aft my guidance, they roughly got the techniques.. but liyin still like to jump up and breathe la.. eliza, is the gan jiong spider den din have the momentum and lazy to kick.. royston is the stick man tt i forgot wat is wrong with his swimming.. yilin is the one tt improves the fastest bah.. hahax.. maybe cos she is an sportswomen bah.. hhax.. aft swimming for a while, eliza pulled sf to jacuzzi.. hahax. throw the four of us in water to play.. well, we swam la... din play.. aft a while, yl n ly also go jacuzzi.. throw me and roy there to swim.. hahax.. aft a while, me and roy also wanted to go jacuzzi.. den we realised, CANNOT!! cos the bag nobody look aft. so we bobian, we looked aft, den roy ask me teach him track water.. hahax.. he says he can swim cannot track water die le... hahax... but tt is not true la... u can track cannot swim also will die de mah..:P hahax.. den we tried somersault in water.. hahax.. so fun yet so tiring.. my voice totally changed cos nose got water.. hahax.. shortly aft, the gals came back, den roy and me go jacuzzi.. the facilities there is really buay pai.. cos its considered some countryclub facilities.. hahax.. den we wondering why we din make use of it since year 1. hahx.. we shall make use the rest of our yr 3 time to enjoy.. hahax..
aft tt went dinner with ly,sf n roy.. hahax.. we order kway chup, but the uncle says no more kway, den we order rice.. hahax.. first time eating kway chup with rice.. den we order satay, hao jian, carrot cake.. hahx.. den we were talking and laughing and cracking jokes.. Royston cannot pronouce the word "Expensive" in chinese.. hahax.. its "Gui", but he will have the "kway" sound. hahax...
den comes friday, we went to celebrate the halloween night at Night Safari.. hahax.. it is so fun.. i mean.. its the first time im at the night safari mah.. so felt very excited... hahax.. den there got many ghostly figures to pose with you... hahax.. got Laolao, Dracula, Lost Girl, Witch and many many more.. hahax.. but i find the night is interesting.. firstly, we dunnoe the way.. cos everywhere seems the same.. hahax.. we took the tram first.. they gt 2 different tram, one ordinary, and another, halloween tram.. of cos!! we go for the halloween tram.. hahax.. we were like preparing ourselves to be scared.. but the whole 20-30mins of the ride is see animal which we could hardly see... hahax.. den the later part of the journey, ghostly figures starts to appear... hahax... before they appeared, i "WAH!!" ly,sf and roy.. hahx. they screamed as though something has appeared.. the people in front turned around and looked at us and laugh.. hahax.. what i find most funny bout the trip is there is a female "ghost", trying to scare us.. she stretch her hand to brush the people sitting in front me... at the same time, the tram is moving.. so i landed up right beside her.. HAHAHX!!! while recalling, i cant help laughing.. hahax... she saw me right in front of her, i dunno wat she is thinking, but i "WAH!!" her... hahax.. den she shook a little.. hahax.. must be bei me xia dao, but trying to ren... her expression is soo funny la... hahax... den aft tt we see animal, and the show, overall is a good experience la.. but i dun think i will go there another time.. hahax.. unless maybe for halloween agn.. i din noe SG gt soo many people go and celebrate halloween... i saw quite a few patrons, they even dressed as dracula, corpse bride etc to visit the place la.. its really amazing if could find one group of fren to dress up to go....
OH YES!! Sidetrack a little, there is a Cosplay Tournament coming up at SDC!! hahax.. dunno what we can expect from there.. havent seen alot of Cosplay people in SG.. hahax.. it must be exciting to see them all turning up at one place.. SO EXCITED!!! hahax... machiam watching those cartoon character walking in front of u like tt.. hahax.. must find chance to work on tt day... hahahx...
back to night safari night.. hahax.. we left the place at bout 11.30pm, den trying to catch bus, but the bus stop is so crowded that we decided to cab back.. in the end, i dunno how much is the bac fare, cos i stayed the nearest.. hahax... aft reached home, rest a bit den go shower, next morning jiu do show at Marriott le..
After the show at Marriott, went supper with Roy at Clementi.. But have to thanks Connie for dropping us at their convenient place.. hahax.. which is the traffic light.. its really funny, they slowed just to catch the red light so tat roy and i can alight there.. hahax.. we saw valerie when we were at the coffee shop la... but she was too excited chit chatting with her fren tt she missed the vibration i think.. hahax.. I until Saturday den realised the Kopitiam at Clementi is 24hrs, well, i guessed its 24hrs, but i din realised they din have doors/gates watever u call that.. which means, they cannot close de.. hahax.. so cool...

SUAH GU IN TOWN
Yesterday did a dinner and dance at Marriott, reached there at bout 2.45pm. Saw the ballroom is in use by a wedding couple. Den Royston and I realised thre is something called "WEDDING LUNCHEON", cos we only got go to Wedding Dinner before.. Hahx.. Suah Gu. Hahx..
Den after they left, we have to chiong in to do our set up for the DnD, den we set up, set up, den we realised there is a spelling mistake to the posters and signages, and the worst thing, its printed on PVC and stickers!! Its a mistake of "M" and "N", supposed to be "N", but the designer put "M" den it was sent to print. Hahx.. But Connie, miracalous, changed the M to N without much noticed. She cut the "V" in the "M", den use half of the "V" to forn the joint of the "N". hahx.. CLOSE CALL!! after changing the sticker print, she go and changed the PVC print, but this time, its quite obivous, but at least its correct spelling la.. Lucky we go coloured tape that matches the font colour. hahax.. den while we cutting and fixing the PVC print, we were informed by the Client, that the logo colour has some mistake.. den we were like "OH! SHIT!!"
supposed to be 4 grey colour, bu dunno hw the designer can changed to 3 grey one red, must be cos the middle of the 4 grey is red. hahax..
den.. i was asked to go get something grey, be it anything.. but the first ting tt came to my mind is the grey tape le.. and, much to my dismay, we are doing the DnD in town, which is the place im most unfamiliar with. hahx. and its so hard to get small things like coloured tapes in town.. Connie ask me to try out Tangs, den i go there, i search high and low, ask here ask there, den couldnt find anything tt matches the grey.. haix.. im like machiam running like mad up and town.. den i called my sis for help!! hahax.. she told me there is Kino at Ngee Ann City, den i rmbed there is stationary section in Taka.. I from the underpass from Lucky Plaza to Ngee Ann City den run to Taka, den search search, i finally reached the stationary section. I search for tapes, search search, den i 仿佛 saw the grey tapes SMILING at me!! hahax.. and tt is THE ONLY GREY TAPE on the shelf. hahax.
after i grab the tape, i chiong to the cashier, which took me quite some time to locate, hahax. den there is 2 people in front of me, i am hesitating do i or do i not approach them to let me cut queue, den i see time is nearing, so i 厚着脸皮 approach them, and they very kind de let me go first.. after i paid for the item, i chiong back to Marriott.. try to match the colour with the original grey, den to our surprised, IT IS TOO DARK!! hahax.. but we not stupid.. we changed all the other original grey to the coloured tape grey.. hahax.. but its super tiring la.. cos have to paste trim paste trim.. hahax.. and its vertical somemore.. and its of quite a height somemore.. hahax.. i nearly fainted from raising my head and hand high so long after just running around town to get the tapes. hahax.
den the show jing xing de very smoothly, but we me and Roy havent eaten anything since we reached there.. den the dinner course dao the E-fu noodles that time, i requested for 2 bowls.. hahax.. OF COS!! one is for ROYSTON DE LA!! hahax. den dunno its we too hungry or Marriott really got standard.. hahax.. the E-fu noodles is relatively nice.. Hahx..
there is this performer, Mustafa, which he claims he is from Bollywood.. Hahx.. he talked in the Bollywood accent, and he mentioned that he and Jacky Cheung is best fren, from small play goli, marble zhang da de.. hahx. den he always treat Jacky Cheung eat thosai, Indian pancake. hahx.. tt is hw Jacky Cheung came out with the song 'Duo Xie", "thosai", hahax.. and he sing super nice la... i mean, for a Indian, his Canotonese is reallu biao zhun.. Den he sing very 有力. Maybe becos he is fat, den lung big.. hahax..
