Thursday, February 19, 2009 Cliques bond too strong is a weakness? Is bond within clique too strong a threat to others? Others will tend to left you out in outings etc? Why is this thing happening almost to all my cliques? Was it by my influence? Toreador met with the same issue, so does Werewolves, now, Popeye? Is it becos of me, that they are outcasted by others? If its becos of me, i would much rather i'm alone, and they are with the whole group...
Sometimes, it really makes me ponder, am i too good a leader, or am i just a asshole who others wan to outcast.. Think really have to reflect on myself le..
Is it a good thing that the exams are finishing? Will the bond among Popeye stay, or will it split? Ms Chew, ald mentioned that she might not be enthu in meeting us in the future, or did i misinterprete her? Ms Chua, has her own priorities in life, will she care about us? Ms Kuah, is busy having her training all the time.. Ms Ng, well... she is quite good la... jus tt nvr punctual for meet up, but at least, she did try to show face whenever possible.. Mr Chua, he, also not bad, will try turn up for meet up... but whenever he turned up, he will show the pessimistic face, which sometimes, pull down our morale... Mr Quek, havent meet up with him for ages, will he still join us for future outings? What about you, Mr Tan, will you have the energy to organise events/outings to keep the group going? U have killed Toreador and Werewolves... Will you to the same to Popeye? I wonder.......
P/S: Toreador and Werewolves are 2 groups that i have led for camps in SP, we were strong in everything, team spirit, team cheer, teamwork.. But we failed to mingle well with others...
